How much does the storage rent cost?
Each storage room has different size and different price. First we need to estimate how much space you need and then we can calculate individual price for it.
When do I have access to my storage unit?
With the magnetic card you received at the time of signing the contract, you can visit your storage room unlimitedly from 7 am to 11 pm on all days of the year, however, we provide 0-24 access every day of the week for a night access fee.
What is the shortest period for which a storage unit can be rented?
The minimum rental period is one calendar month.
How much earlier should I go to sign a contract than the expected time of moving in?
You can even arrive with the things you want to store, you can even pack your valuables in your warehouse immediately after signing the contract. If you do not want to wait with the storage rent for the last minute, you can visit our office a week before the desired start date.
How secure is the storage facility?
Our building was built for this purpose in a unique way in Hungary, therefore it is equipped with all the necessary security systems that can be expected on international level. We have a continuous live guard, each storage room has its own alarm, and the building is divided into zones thanks to the magnetic card system, so everyone can only get to the area where the unit is located. Our well-designed CCTV camera system sees everything, and you lock your storage unit with your own padlock.
What is the humidity in the warehouse? Documents, books are not ruined?
Our warehouse is dry, clean and free of dust. As we heat the warehouses in winter, no haze or steam will endanger the values stored with us!
I don’t know in advance how long I will need the warehouse. Can the duration of the warehouse lease be extended?
Yes! What’s more, you don’t even have to renew it, as the contracts are for an indefinite period, you will only have to cancel your lease in the last month.
Do I have to pay in advance for all months or can it be paid monthly?
It is up to you. You can also pay the rent monthly, but if you pay in advance for a longer period, we will give you special discounts.
How do I handle shipping? Can you help me carrying heavy items?
You can entrust professional movers (we also have a partner moving company, Kevin Movers Kft.) or you can bring your belongings to the warehouse yourself. We provide free trailers, and in the garage, you will find handcarts, forklifts and pallet trucks for moving.
How do I know how much space I need?
You can find a storage space calculator for this purpose on our website, but our professional colleagues are also very happy to help you estimate how much space to rent!
What is the internal height of the warehouses?
The internal height is 2.6 meters in smaller warehouses, while larger ones can be loaded up to 2.8 meters.
